This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions for one year from the date of purchase. • Defects in materials or workmanship of the electric scooter.

What is not covered:

4. Speed Limit and Power Restrictions
All Dudeskudes electric scooters have a restricted maximum speed of 25 km/hand a motor power restricted to 250W in compliance with local regulations. Please adhere to these limits for your safety and legal compliance.

We recommend that you always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee and elbow pads, and any other protective equipment as required by your local laws. 7. Limitation of Liability
Dudeskudes is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions. By using the scooter, you assume full responsibility for your actions and safety.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
